HOW TO ENTER ✍️

To begin the challenge, you must purchase it for the low price of $25. This grants you access to a variety of resources that are essential for your fitness journey. I am genuinely excited to support and guide you as you work towards achieving your fitness goals!

Take a BEFORE picture and submit your photo no later than Monday, May 5th! You Must follow the rules on “How to take before & after pictures” to be considered as one of the winners. Follow the directions below for a chance to win the cash prize … At the end of the challenge, you must submit an AFTER picture for a chance to win the grand prizes.

HOW TO CORRECTLY TAKE “BEFORE & AFTER” PHOTOS

*** PHOTO REQUIREMENTS MUST BE FOLLOWED FOR A CHANCE TO WIN CASH PRIZES ***

  1. All photos must be taken in front of a plain wall with good lighting, and NO visible distractions in the photo (no pictures, paintings, curtains, visible distractions, etc.).

  2. Must wear a solid top and bottom that shows your arms, and legs. ONLY SOLID COLOR CLOTHING IS ACCEPTED.

  3. Must WEAR THE SAME TOP AND BOTTOM in your before & after pictures in order to see clear changes in your 6-week transformation.

  4. Photos must be taken as a full body picture with your arms up showing the front, back, and side of your body. DO NOT cut off your face, legs, feet, or arms in the photos; if so, you will automatically be week disqualified

  5. ARMS MUST BE UP in each full-body picture.

  • You will need Dumbbells, and an exercise mat.

  • Yes! This is for all body types and all goals. This isn’t a weight loss challenge, it works for gaining weight, losing weight and gaining muscle.

  • Yes! these workouts are challenging yet easy to follow!

  • Yes this Challenge is for both women and men! There will be 2 male winners and two female winners.
